Tailings treatment challenges and solutions

Tailings treatment process:
Tailings treatment mainly adopts the process of screening and centrifugal dehydration and dry discharge. Tailings are transported to the screening equipment by slurry pump through the buffer tank, and then pumped into the high-speed variable frequency Decanter Centrifuge. After centrifuge high-speed separation, the liquid phase is all returned to grinding and grading operation for reuse, while the solid phase is transported by belt conveyor to the tailings pond for dry layering, so as to ensure the long-term safety of the tailings pond.
